Returns within 30 days
All items may be returned for a full refund as long as the items are not embroidered or printed within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Printed or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing tags for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return items packed neatly along with all original bags and Please write the order number in the package.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method. Shipping that was paid on the order does not get refunded.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may be exchanged instore for a different size.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange for a new size, place a new order for the new size and send back the original size within 30 days for a refund.

Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fraylich School Uniforms, 4505 14th Ave, Brooklyn NY 11219, United States.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we supply a return shipping label you will receive a refund less the cost of return shipping. We do not offer Free returns.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

In-store returns

You may drop off in person your return or exchanges, to our Brooklyn store. We don't offer exchanges to the Lakewood store, however you can drop off your return just please write the order number on the package.
